I recently attended an event that was put on by Nike and watched what a chaotic mess the kitchen was when attempting to get our meals out on time. Food was either too salty or over cooked and I watched as the Chef looked like a raging bull in a china shop. He was taking shots of liquor while in full garb at the bar and I personally thought that this was a complete demonstration in unprofessionalism. To read this article and hear how chumps like him are charging people to apply is absolutely ridiculous. I think that he must be projecting when he speaks of people not wanting to pay as being “riff raff.”

Bouncing payroll checks, drinking to excess at their restaurants, and the poor attitude of the staff are good signs not to answer their ad anyway. The assumptions made in the article seem to strike real close to home here.
